Amazing amazing this Dunkin? location staff name fahim had great service. Very very helpful and very kind n fahim the front staff who made my Dunkin? frozen coffee he had great customer services experience and he made my frozen coffee great n verynice. Perfect. Thank u so much fahim for ur excellent and super great service.. ????????????????????Pictures below. Keep it up.Will definitely come back.
However, during my most recent visit, I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon, but what I received was an untoasted everything bagel with bacon and no cream cheese at all—just a tiny bit on one side. If there are issues in serving women, as I’ve never seen them treat men with anything but respect, then perhaps customer service isn’t the right field for you. It feels like there’s a literal stick up their backs every time they see me in line.
I ordered a hot drink, but instead received an iced latte, and they refused to swap it for the correct one. I don't understand how they expect me to drink an iced latte in 50-degree weather. I've been getting drinks from Dunkin’ for years, and this is the only location that consistently gets my order wrong. Many times, I find myself spending 10 minutes arguing with the staff just to get my order fixed. It feels like they treat me as if I'm personally attacking them and their families when all I want is the drink I ordered. There’s so much attitude and incompetence in this small store.
The staff are unfriendly and consistently get my orders wrong. I always request a specific flavored coffee through mobile order, but they end up giving me plain coffee instead.
