Dunkin' - City of New York

The donuts were the typical dunkin donuts. I was told to wait by the cashier for quite a while before she attended me and the place was already quiet.

It's a hit or miss with this location. Prior to the pandemic and when Brenda was Manager, I never had a problem. Now? Oh boy. I order through the app for pickup at this location because it is close to my office. Staff clearly does not read the incomingorders. I literally order the same Coffee every time I place an order (2 or 3 times a week) and 90% of the time, it's wrong. Iam going to fall back and stop ordering at all.

I asked for 4 creams in my iced coffee. The coffee had no cream in it.

Coffee taste horrible and they never give me a straw.

The order was prepared accurately, and the bag included napkins. The food was served hot and delicious.
