Farmers Wrap Shoppe - City of New York

I usually order from this place all the time. I have my order on 7:42 pm it?s now 9:17 pm I have not received my order yet, this is incredibly never again I will order this unacceptable

I read reviews and based on the reviews I thought I would give them an attempt. Do not believe that reviews are very disappointed. Fries were not fresh or crispy baked shells were like canned food in a bowl rest of food was very oily.

The counter man was nice, he spoke Spanish and when I told him what we wanted and were not sure of the coupon/special to choose he matched us to the perfect one. Large variety of food choices. I will add the posting pictures of my order( Hawaiin, pepperoni pizza, and spicy chicken wing). I hope is as good as Dominos or even better? Update: the wings were really good and the pizza was delicious ? as well. We will be going there for more. Our family liked the pepperoni the most

We?ve ordered from this place before and had no complaints. Today we were missing part of our order (bacon chicken ranch slice) and could not get in touch with the restaurant, as they had closed or the driver. The calzone was not a typical calzone and the chicken tasted like processed chicken. The chicken wings were also cold. It seems like they rushed our order because they were closing. This is not ok. We were very disappointed.

Food is as usual, but from the last weeks service is HORRIBLE!!! The restaurant staff is rude on the phone drivers at delivery. Ordered for years... My manager, I myself, co-workers are usually happy. We work in a hotel and we always promote this restaurant to the guests. The guests like the food, but recently they complained about the service. When we ordered lunch, they always brought it to the front desk without any problems....now they wanted us to go outside. Since when? They even demanded a disabled guest to go outside and get his job from the driver.
