Jordan's Juice And Salad

I bought a steak sandwich for $11, and it was disgusting, bread was stale and the wait was riduculus. i almost got a parking ticket, and had to go to my car and more money to the meter. i ended up discarded it and wasting my money. Never again!!! i plan to tell this to the owner to his face, if ever, i am in the area. i rarely write reviews, but felt compelled in doing so.

I have been coming to this place for a long time (4 years to be exact! . The breakfast menu is my favorite, but I also recommend the lunch and dinner platters that are delicious too! Giselle is the best cook and the delivery guy is a charm. I've never had any bad experiences with my visits here or when I order for delivery. This place is always clean, too.Sometimes they DO get overwhelmed with a lot of customers (because their food is so good! and you may wait a little longer than usual; but they still work very hard, diligently and follow the CDC health guidelines. Highly recommend!

I was in Washington heights for a derm appointment and needed a quick bite before a brow appointment. It was freezing cold so needed to find something quick, and luckily I've come across this juice bar. Unfortunately due to covid I of course couldn't sit in and enjoy my meal but what ya gonna do. The area was clean and looked like they only been open a few hours. Originally I wanted a chicken wrap on whole wheat wrap but half way into preparing the chicken I was told they were out of whole wheat. No big deal though since I was hungry. I guess to make me happy they threw in some sweet potato fries that were really good but there were very little fries lol. Nonetheless I was satisfied with my meal and only ate half of my wrap since it was so filling.

I would give them 5 stars if the service was up to par. The food menu is great. I would eat here 4 days out of the week if the staff was more customer focused. I've seen my them pack my food up and gossip for 7-8 minutes before handing it to me. I've also walked in and not been acknowledged at all. The sense of urgency isn't there. I've had the healthy lunch, the salmon salad, and a couple of the sandwiches and everything tastes great. Avoid going into the store and just order for delivery.
