Mcdonald's - City of New York

I requested a pickle on my chicken sandwich, and they gave me eight! My sister, who is quite particular, ordered her burger without ketchup, mustard, or onions, but with extra pickles, and they got that perfect. Her chicken nuggets were wonderfully crispy. My only complaint is that the fries were a bit soggy, but they were still hot, which really made up for it.

This McDonald's is very modern and well-maintained. The customer service is fantastic, and the food was served quickly. It's the first fast food place where I received my order in under 7 minutes—usually, I find myself waiting around 20 minutes.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The employees seem overworked, and the management is lacking. I really feel for everyone involved because it doesn't have to be this way. Hopefully, new management will improve the situation, as it currently feels very disorganized.

I took my children and their friends here for a treat after shopping. We used ordering kiosk..food was promptly given to us. When we found seating ,it was right next to the McDonald's security. Security cursed up a storm around my children with great vulgarity.

Horrible customer service. Especially the managment, treat everyone as if they?re lower than them no consideration whatsoever. I?ve been waiting 10 minutes to just pay for my order and the manager just waved me off. While employee is scared to confront her horrible environment for consumers and employees.
