Park Terrace Deli - City of New York

FOOD POISONING WARNING: I ordered the chicken pesto panini last night. I have not stopped throwing up ever since not to mention the explosive diarrhea every 14 min. Do not order from here. You will regret it. I should’ve read the other reviews before ordering.

This use to be my favorite spot, but now I’m realizing a few things. They can be a hit or miss. When they are not busy, the food can be good. When they are busy, they rushed through everything and the stuff taste just okay. They’re overpriced for the quality, taste and service to be just okay. The men cooking and preparing the food isn’t that friendly or welcoming. They need to hire women. They can work on their customer service. They are good for convenience. They don’t clean their juice machine well. So if you’re a juice or smoothie fanatic, go somewhere that specializes in it. Today my smoothie was blended well. I still had chunks of bananas in my mouth. They didn’t clean or switch out the tongs after making the last salad that had meat and cheese. I’m vegan.

For 12 years Park Terrace Deli has been my go-to place for lunch. Unfortunately, their customer service has declined drastically. I have to call them more than three times to place an order or wait for them to call me back. It's unacceptable!!! They constantly get my order wrong and all they have to say is I'm sorry all the time. I am tired of it and many people in Allen Hospital are. They willnever see a dollar from me ever again, I rather starve!!

I’ve been living in Inwood area for well over 10 years now… I must say Park Terrace has declined over the years. From forgetting items in a sandwich to bugs found in my salad to just not delivering an item and not picking up a phone calls to see where said item is. Inwood needs a better deli ASAP.

Cheap food, 80% of the time the orders are wrong, always forgetting things and its hyperinflation prices.. There’s Price gouging going on here especially on the apps.
