Perkins Bakery - City of Olean

Haven't seen a Perkins in 20 years and was excited..I had fish and Chips..greasy due to improper frying oil temperature...Sue had Chicken fingers and Mac and cheese..She said Walmart Carry out had better chicken fingers and the Mac and cheese was barely warm.She had one bite and left the rest..we bought oatmeal cranberry cookies at the checkout They were good..we both agreed we WOULD NOT GO BACK...Kid-friendliness: Similar to Applebee's seating..can accommodate families..

Server was very pleasant and friendly. Food was excellent and very filling. Very enjoyable meal

AWLFUL SERVICE! Sat there for over 40 MINTUES waiting for our food and they were too busy flirting with two guys in the booth instead of making our food we got up and left!! I’ll NEVER go back. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Sat there for an hour and 20 mins and food never came out before we got up and left

Chris and Payton did an outstanding job. Service was spot on and top notch. They were both on top of their game, and checked on us frequently even during the dinner rush to make sure we were all good. The food came out just as we ordered, perfectly cooked, and delicious. My son is always a picky eater and he ate every bite so that says a lot for us as parents to his approval. We will be back for sure.
