Union Tea Cafe - Olean

I miss the days when the previous owners ran this place. They had an amazing wall filled with various loose leaf teas, but now it's just focused on serving alcohol. The new owners don't pay attention to details like how long to steep the tea bags, and seem less concerned overall. The food is still good, though not quite the same as before. The atmosphere just isn't the same anymore.

I discovered this restaurant about 3 months ago and have returned 6 times since then. I absolutely love this place. It's my favorite place to eat in the city and definitely the best tea spot I've ever been to. I am a forever fan!

The restaurant provides excellent customer service and has a beautiful atmosphere, although it is a bit on the pricier side. They also offer gluten-free options.

Hidden gem. I'm not originally from olean, but I'm going to school here. my father came by the other day and asked where I wanted to go. we decided to change it and came over union tea. first the load is nice. I loved the modern industrial look with cool pictures on the brick walls. I enjoyed one of the filled juices available; the flowering berries was a taste explosion. I also enjoyed the Greek burger and mac 'n käse burgr. both were unique and were very good. But I was blown away from the Greek burger who had both feta and tzatziki on it. I've never seen a restaurant that put on a burger, and they nailed it. I'll be back in the final.
