Broadway Lunch - City of Schenectady

From Italy to Schenectady, this is a place that has given us the American experience like never before! Without a doubt, the best hot dog ever tasted! My family and I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy delicious food while being surrounded by attentive, fast, and incredibly kind staff. We hope to come back soon!

This place is a gem. Had the Broadway Deluxe Cheeseburger, a cup of clam chowder, and a hot dog with the works. Food was brought to the table in about 10 minutes, and all of the items were super tasty. Clam chowder was perfectly creamy and packed with briny clams and potatoes. Burger came with lettuce, tomato, and onion with a spot on medium cook on the patty. Fries were included and were nicely crispy without being overdone. Star of the show was the hot dog with the works, which had brown mustard, chopped raw onions (tell them to bury the onions, you'll thank me later), and their famous beef chili sauce (no beans in this chili). It was awesome and I could eat like five of them in a sitting, no problem. Been coming here for years and will undoubtedly continue to do so.

Always a great place to go for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Decently priced dishes. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming

One of my favorite diners in the NY Capital Region. Their Greek Chicken Wrap with kalamata olives added is fantastic! They're also one of the only diners in the area that even has the option of adding kalamata olives, which is insane to me considering how much Greek flavor they add to the wrap. Their French fries are also very well executed for a place that doesn't have fresh made fries, so kudos to them for that.The wait staff is also very friendly and attentive, even when they're busy. To this date, I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here, no matter what we've ordered.

Food is top notch. Gives a good sense of communty. Awesome hot dogs!
