When ringing and asking for a refund for my poor quality food they are apparently to busy and will try to call you back.. But the issue is they don't call back.. the food was cold and horrible.. Katsu was dry and burnt spent 40 bucks for basicly a tub of slop and some dried up burnt chicken.. the customer service stinks too
A gem in Inglewood, WA. Lovely food atmosphere. I am very happy it is open again.
Went to Mori based on a recommendation from a food website. We ordered the sashimi, beef curry, sushi rolls, okonomiyaki and salmon teriyaki. Overall, was a negative experience unfortunately with the food and service. The sashimi and sushi rolls were good and fresh. However the beef curry was tasteless and the salmon teriyaki was very sweet. The okomiyaki was the biggest disappointment given that it was half burned and when we spoke to the waitress about it, she refused to do anything and just acted dumb by literally standing there and not saying a word. Overall service also was quite slow and unresponsive we asked for some water and had to ask another few times before it was eventually brought to the table. Portions were also small compared to other Japanese places we have been to and the food is pretty pricey. Unlikely to return based on this experience.
We dined here the other evening and were really impressed with the food. The Sashimi was excellent, and I personally think it was the best teriyaki chicken I have ever eaten! Such a great neighborhood gem and we will be back again!!!
