Waited in line over 10min for a bottle of water. One woman at register, one vacuuming, once someone else stood behind me, the woman cleaning finally came over.

I come here often enough that the employees know my order and grab a bagel the moment they see me walk through the door. While these bagels don't compare to bagels on LI, they are still delicious. If you are looking for friendly staff, comforting sandwiches, and a good rewards program, this is your place. I always experience fantastic and fast service here.
