Osa Thyme - Ciudad Cortes

Amazing food and great atmosphere! We shared three appetizers (dry croquettes, peach salad and shrimpentaco) and had the pork ribs as the main course. As dessert, I really recommend the coffee cheese cake, it's delicious! The restaurant is completely new, but make sure you have a reservation, because it seems to me that it is already very popular. The way to the restaurants is a little rough, but it is common in Costa Rica, so do not let you fear.

We have Osa Thyme... Tito and Sandra were amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming and made us so good that we made a second booking later in the week. The food was fresh and completely delicious, and it was clear that Chef Paige took great pride on her work. The ambience is enchanting, you feel like in a private jungle oasis. Don't hesitate, go here!! Thanks Tito and Sandra, we miss you already!!

Seeing an experience. It was late and we were extremely tired of traveling all day. We had a chance and started walking towards the city from the Cascada Verde hostel to see what we found and happened on Osa Thyme. (Thanks Universe) They usually work after reservation, but happy sat at the bar and offered us some of their amazingly delicious alcoholic kombucha drinks before you show us on their menu. We started with the Creamy Salmon Di and Crostini appetizer, followed by Tenderloin Mole Tacos and the Caribbean Curry with fish. It was amazing. After dinner they offered us every one a small cup of Ameretto liqueur on the house. Overall, this was one of our favorite dining out experiences. Period. Can no longer recommend.

Wow! Expected not a 5-star meal when we accidentally canteen at this place for dinner, but it is delicious and very favorable. The ambience and service were fantastic. Watermelon Feta dish was beautiful and delicious!

This place is a hidden gem. Tito, the owner is super nice and you can tell that they put love and care into every meal and drink they create. If you looking for a quiet romantic spot or a place to meet with friends, look no further. The clam chowder, chicken curry and watermelon salad are unbelievably delicious. We’ll be back!
