Bar Restaurant Los Laureles - Uvita

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious, and the staff are the friendliest people! Cindy, the owner, is simply the best! The barbecued tacos were absolutely amazing and I highly recommend trying them!

We had the best food on all of our trips to Central America at Bar Restaurant Los Laureles in Uvita! The patacones were perfect and my Chifrijo was amazing! Special thanks to Cindy for teaching me how to pronounce it correctly. We always make sure to visit here when in Costa Rica. And don't even get me started on the margaritas...

I absolutely loved this meal in Costa Rica. The owner was friendly, attentive, and shared with us that this restaurant is a family-run business. We ordered the fish and shrimp tacos and the fried plantain tostadas with chicken or beef. The food was delicious and we will definitely be returning for more!

Had an excellent dinner and drinks at Los Laureles. Cindy filled us in on the history and the menu and family stories of their business. There's a lot of pride in what they do. We would have gone back but because of independence day they were going to close and celebrate the next day. We had pork nacho's and wonderful little taco things that I can't remember the name of and the most refreshing salad ever. I know that doesn't help you much but I can tell you the food is fresh and authentic. Of course, we had beer and tasty margarita's. Make it a point to visit them. You'll be glad you did

By far best place I have eaten at in Costa Rica!! My partner and I went here last night for dinner and I can’t stop thinking about the experience. Cindy is beyond thoughtful and caring. She took both my partner and I’s diets into consideration and customized a dish for us to share, which was incredible!! I got the fish tacos and he got half Birria/Veggie tacos. Both were outstanding. Overall, great people and fantastic, fresh food.
