El Refugio - Ciudad de Buenos Aires

We were a group of 8 and we went through a pizza. the coffee accommodated us quickly and made several recommendations from menu. some items were not available because of their low season. The pizza options we selected were very good. the price was reasonable. the chef gave us a free appetizer that we appreciate and enjoy a lot. This is a small place. It was good for a quick lunch.

Piramides is a small city, so there are not many options to go out to eat. I would recommend the shelter. The food is good. The service is with a smile. the surroundings are conveniently extravagant. the price is reasonable and has a good value for money. all the restaurants here are within walking distance of any place you stay in the city. If you stay for several nights, I'd recommend you here for one of your night outings.

This was the first restaurant we tried after arrival, recommended by the owner of our accommodation, and it was a great place to relax and dine after the flight and drive to pyramid ports. Good food, nice place to be.

This is a really cozy and excellent small restaurant with excellent local cuisine and friendly staff. If you get the local small and unconventional places, this is the place to be (although you are more or less this type of person if you stay in piramides port :-)) I ordered the shrimp on the plate; they are really one of the best dishes I had in Argentina. Simple but the taste is amazing!

We only had dinner once at the shelter, then the next day we went to the nearby station. We believe that the shelter has a peculiar atmosphere (for example, a large chess board with huge chess pieces on one of the tables), but station offers a much better meal. more precisely: our seafood casserole contained almost only mussels, in a watered stock; we also ate a fish, but its taste was almost killed by a strong lemon sauce ... maybe the flavor of other customers is different from ours, or maybe we don't choose the right dishes!
