Rocco - Cafe Bistro & Bar

Sunday August 8th 2021 arrived at rocco and had written my name in the list for my wife and i. hostess, it advised a 40 to 45 minutes waiting period that is normal, considering that we are regular customers. the people came and...when I asked the host again in the waiting period, they advised 25 to 30 minutes until this time, 30 minutes were already over. a few ladies arrived and let their names put on the waiting list, just like everyone. at this time the lobby was hot and the A/C unit was not even switched on, at least not for ventilation purposes. another dame asked the host to turn on her and did not even recognize that the lobby needed ventilation. 10 minutes went by, and at this time the couples of the ladies gave a table, where they only wait for 10 minutes. my wife and I asked the host what happened on her answer: we already have a table for 3 for her and we have no table for 2 for her. what at this point, after 40 minutes waiting for a table, she asked to delete my name from the list and went on to go out of the restaurant. 12 minutes later, received a call from the hostess, let me know that a table is now ready for us. the, strongly urged them because of their lack of attention; the instruction given to cancel my reservation from the list. it is sad to see such a large place as rocco, have so bad customer service and attention to details. to the crew that leads this place, the customer support on Sunday may be their strongest customer base. complete families visit their place where the highest attention to details is very suggested. call to the owners: they must invest the attention to the rents they bring in rocco, especially on Sundays, in customer service skills, and on hand training. they have my phone number, it is in the waiting list, they are more than welcome to call me to clarify today's incident.

If you want to have a delicious meal, this is the place. Fair price for an excellent meal. and the places is so confortable and beautiful.

This little place has some of the best food service combo I have ever come across. There is nothing like a bad service to thoroughly ruin great food. This place nails both with their amazing food (chipotle chilaquiles are my personal favorite) and super...attentive and professional attitude from their servers (the ones that have served me so far). Although this place does not offer a budget meal, the decor, the location, the quality of their food and the service make this the best value overall.

The setting is modern, slightly upscale, and quite comfortable. The dishes are very well executed I tried the green chilaquiles with an egg on top, very tasty, coffee was good, service was just a little better than ok since it was busy and they were...understaffed, but I will go back soon.

I had the opportunity to eat here a few times in juarez. the service and eating were excellent. the selection of drinks was great, with a lot of beer, weeping, coffee drinks, juices and tees. They are known for breakfast and are much more needed in the morning. I had the chiliquiles, tacos, the rib eye, a filled poblano pepper and various drinks. the food was perfectly cooked, the service was friendly, attentive and professional. I'd like to eat here again.
