I can really say this is one of the best sushi in the city. also the Japanese kitchen is good, unfortunately the service has to be improved yet. the prices are affordable and the beer is always cold.
I visited this restaurant in three different occasions. I understand that when a restaurant is new, it has a few kinks to iron out, and therefore I gave it three chances before I decided never to come back. in the three places. we waited for a very much time for our food. as mentioned in the title, eating is good, but if they are in the smallest bit hungry, they do not go into this restaurant. they want to bite the waiter and the rest of the staff because they take so long to serve them. at my last visit we have placed our order and after 40 minutes we could not get our appetizers much less our sushi rolls. When I stood over to the waiter, there was only talk and always what it is to get out. I decided to cancel my order and approach the manager to whom she kindly explained that she was very sad, but absolutely nothing did to stay us or to overthrow our order. So if they only eat and think that in about two hours they begin to be hungry, they go to this restaurant and order their meal so that it will arrive in the time.
That's the best sushi I had in juarez. we had the tempura vegetables, a fumiko roll and a nozomi roll and everything was delicious (also the limonade! .
This was an amazing family dinning experience. From the moment you get to the Restaurant to the moment you leave the place. We made a reservation and went out on a family dinner on friday night to ROJI, Japanese Bistro and we were greatly surprised...for the whole experience. This is a nice, neat, clean, ample place with contemporary furniture all over and plenty of TV screens to enjoy music, concerts and why not, our favorite sport. You can feel a very friendly atmosphere. We were greeted by one of the owners and he took us to our table. His wife patiently answered all of our questions about the menu and different kind of dishes with a very detailed explanation of each and every one of our doubts. We decided to try the miso soup, vegetables tempura, sushi rolls, mixed teppanyaki (shrimp and rib-eye) and rib-eye carpaccio. After all these succulent meals, we ended up the evening with a cup of coffee and an excellent crepe. We had ice tea since they are in the process of obtaining their licence to serve beer and wine. To make the long story short, I recommend the place to go and try it by yourself, with your partner and or with the whole family to enjoy good food and have great time. I am definitely coming back.
