The music kept cutting in and out. It would be great if you could find a way to ensure it's consistent so that everyone can enjoy it throughout their visit—that's really what everyone wants!
I was seated in a small booth and noticed a smaller group being placed in a larger booth instead. We were left with empty glasses and had to call the waitress for refills. Additionally, we were charged for ranch dressing even though no sauce was provided with the chicken strips or the carrots and celery. The sour cream was spoiled as well. Overall, I just want better service.
It 's like they hire the least motivated people to work there. I had to get my own drink at the fountain because the waitress was terrible about coming back. I tried the all you can eat boneless . I recommend you immediately order your next set when you get yours as I had to wait 20-25 minutes between sets of boneless. Also, they didn 't bring me fries with the either sets after I asked for fries. So once I got my boneless, had to wait an additional 10 more minutes for fries before I started my meal. They must be short staffed in the kitchen. I assume corporate, district manager, or the franchise owner (was told franchise owned according to tulsa hills is limiting how many employees they have on hand. For about a year or so of me coming a couple of times monthly, getting food out of this location is a chore. I went to the Tulsa hills location was absolutely blown away how fast they were. I even said to the bartender that the claremore location is super slow. She said she heard that, all the way in tulsa hills. I have been a monthly regular since 2015ish. They really need to do some restructuring. It kills me to know their sales had to have been better years ago under the different manager (brooke i think? I was a regular even before her being the manager. I remember when the current manager, jon, I think? was a cook. Anyway, need to fix kitchen speed whether it 's lack of employees or lack of motivation. Fix either whoever is training the waitress/waiters to be more professional in the aspects of making sure your customers are being visited regularly. Also, dial back the time or temp in which those traditional wings are cooked. They should be moist not dehydrated. Also, clean them please! I have had many occasions where they had feathers on them were tossed still.
Staff was respectful I admittedly was a tad difficult at first (couldn't decide on the wing flavor) ending up getting the tai chillie flavor not bad the wings were delicious
