Drip The Beverage Lab - Claremore

I am writing this from a place of deep disappointment. I traveled over an hour to try the delicious food at Drip, and was looking forward to it. However, when I arrived at 5:15, I was politely informed that they stop serving food at 5, even though they close at 6. They didn't seem busy at all, which only added to my frustration. The food is fantastic, but just be sure to arrive well before 5 if you want to eat!

Fast preparation and delivery through uber eats. My caramel frappe is amazing! The food is equally as good. As far as the reviews that I read before ordering..preparation takes time especially if it is busy and made right! Most of you wouldn't be very happy waiting at a coffee shop in Boston ? I've lived here 2 years now and didn't know this gem was here! Glad I found a new coffee shop

Their customer service is horrible, not to mention how the owner treats complaints. Absolutely despicable. Just look at some of his responses on Google. I've had a couple leaking cups and the first time it happened I let them know they next time I came and they just sort of shrugged it off like it was a regular thing but no big deal. Both times I got into Tulsa for work by the time I noticed the issue. If the owner read my review thoroughly he would understand this, instead he responded as if I stood outside his business and took pictures when really I had already got to my office in Tulsa. One time it even spilled in my co workers work truck so I had to pour what was left out the window leaving a huge coffee mess all down the side of the work truck as well. What a mess. The second time I got a leaky cup, I decided to write a review and boy did I get a lovely response from the owner(sarcasm). Probably shouldn't own a business if you don't know how to properly address issues but hey just my opinion as a customer.
