Tim Hortons - Clarence-Rockland

Just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, and the lettuce they used was wilted/old. Also, I ordered a large earl grey tea with caramel there's not caramel syrup in my beverage.. Truly disappointing. Service is always pleasant, but I wish it would mirror in the quality of food they serve.

Not much of an atmosphere. Very small inside. They have two drive through. Outside seating. We ended up going to the park down the street by the river to eat. They didn't have any of the premium cookies or the broccoli soup.

Ordered large peach quencher , they gave me medium,when asked for a large , they put ice in a large cup and transfered from m cup to large , without adding actual quencher,really???, coffee was cold?, its just getting worse from day to day, food: ordered 2 crispy chicken wraps, one was half of the other one.

This location runs like a well oiled machine. Always quick through the drive through and coffee and treats are always fresh due to the high volume of people that come here.
