The staff is unenthusiastic and frequently forgets to bring items like bagels or the speck that was ordered. This past weekend, 75% of the employees were in training, resulting in slow service and long wait times for customers. Changes need to be made to improve the overall experience.
The staff at the Rockland Tim Hortons is constantly changing, always in training. Is there an issue with the managers? The service is unbelievably slow and orders are often incorrect. Food items are frequently missing or not recognized until it's too late. It is very frustrating when something as simple as a coffee takes so long to be served. I am surprised that they are still in business. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 7 out of 10.
If I could rate that so low, I would. sa in the drive threw 40 minutes and when we got into the window, nothing was ready and there were 4 people who floated on the money. poor management. will never return to this place again.
I was stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes+ before the vehicle behind me backed out. I also backed out. Might be the worst time hortons in Canada.
