I come to the black cat cafe when I am in the shopping center, either with family or solo. the staff is always friendly and very courteous, even though 'of the feet swung. the new staff, young and who seems ready to serve etc. needs time. to learn the sol and if busy times occur, it is hard for them! we have to lean back and give them the opportunity to win without any problems experience!
We do not often visit the shopping center eastlands (kolloquial nicknamedlands waste on hobart 's eastern shore very often, but I recently visited with my 6-year-old daughter during school holidays. with positive memories of the old leo’s cafe restaurant in eastlands, we decided to eat in the afternoon. the black cat cafe, which is located next to the eastern parking lot on the rosny bus mall, a somewhat quieter location than the grotty, expensive and loud food court on the lower level. Unfortunately, the black cat cafe is hardly a shadow of what was cheerful leo. eating is mainly bain-marie served fried food, a small series of baked quiche-like options and some quite expensive sandwiches. my daughter's bowl of the chips were in order, but she 't finished her, and my baked kartoffel (from the Jung-Marie was stodgie and greasy, although the filling was plentiful. the personal seemed a bit down, but polite enough, and the caffe was reasonably clean, even a bit cramped for another customer who came with a help. we then came across the much more cheerful looking Liv-Eat and chikko 's Cafe options at the southern end of the lower level, and we wished 'd tried them instead.
It is nice to go into a clean, airy caffe. the service was fast. eating was varied and fresh. grateful, a selection of healthy foods along with some of the not so healthy. especially in a shopping center. there is also a sandwich bar, hot food and a valhalla once sawn choc top membrane bar available. the prices are very reasonable. we will return. Thank you.
I am at least twice per week in the neighbourhood of this cafe but never stopped for a cuppa. This time I took the opportunity to stop for a snack and a mocha. The service was friendly but the lady with her rainbow coloured hair...behind the coffee machine took her time with the coffee delivery. However, the recommended biscuit snack and the coffee was excellent.
