KFC - Clarence

The customer service at the KFC in Rosny Park on Tuesday night around 6:00 PM was extremely rude. It was unclear whether the girl serving us was a manager or team member. The experience was so unpleasant that it is hard to even judge properly.

The food is good, but the customer service is lacking. I informed them that they had made a mistake with my order, but they ignored my complaint.

I don't know how many times we've gone away from this kfc and there was something missing from our order. whether the kartoffel and the gravure, the chips or even a piece huh. So, lection learned and we now check the bag thoroughly before they drive away! but good.

My last review was 3 years ago almost to the day... We went again this week before the movies with our discount vouchers and guess what the tables were not cleared, the floor was dirty and no one was cleaning up. I cannot believe nothing...has changed... I lodged a complaint with KFC central office so let's see what happens. I won't eat here again. Dirty place so who knows what the kitchen looks like!

I had a terrible and rude experience at this restaurant. When I asked for a spoon to eat my kartoffel and gravur, the server told me they didn't have any. I then asked for one more emphatically, as I assumed it would come with my meal. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.
