Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Went on a Sunday afternoon with my mom. I got a small cone and she got a milkshake. Both tasted like water. I don't know if it was late on the weekend and they were preparing to close early is something but real ice cream should not have tasted like water for $12. Would've turned around and went back if it wasn't raining and my elderly mom wanted to get home. Disappointed because it was her first time and I had mentioned how good it was before.

The staff was kind and patient. This was our first time. The choices are amazing. The chocolate was fresh and yummy. Love that they do pup cups.

Nice friendly staff. Fast service. Clean outdoor covered seating. Would recommend!

Very disappointed today, the coconut sorbet was old lumpy pieces of coconut flavored ice. There was no smooth texture at all. Lumps of hard old ice consistency old coconut flavor. Very disappointed

The service at this location is stellar! Came within 30 minutes of close time and all the staff were so on their game and the ice cream was so good!
