The honey roasted sauce that automatically comes with the grilled chicken sandwich was not Included And the cashier treated my 50.00 bill as if was fake one of the worst Chick-fil-A Locations I have visited but never again surprising for this company standards are really going down

The service here is always a wonderful experience. The people are pleasant, accommodating and always willing to help you anyway they can.

I would have gave them a 6 if they had another star up there! I'm from Cleveland Ohio and it's been so long since I've had customer service like I did today. I watch the young manager in uniform doing his thing, sending staff home for the day as well as sending people on break. He was very professional, I was surprised. It was a good experience. Chic Filet has the “Good Problem”, of being too busy. Hard to get in the parking lot. A bit scary traversing said parking lot with a 3yr old and so many cars. But the food and service were great.

Made a quick stop here at 630-7am, and the staff were very pleasant. One of the CLEANEST restrooms I've ever seen!
