Food is decent but not worth the abysmal service. Kind of mind boggling that it could take 45 minutes to get two microwaved sandwiches when there are a total of 8 people in the restaurant. Maybe other locations are better about that. Andy’s is pretty quick and it’s same thing, probably worth the extra 7 minute drive.
I placed a phone order and the lady taking the order was very rude and I ask to speak with a manager and the other young lady sent the cook out and he the one told me that no manger was in and I asked for a phone number to call him and I was giving a disconnected number while I was leaving a couple came in and they didn’t they was treated with the upmost respect. I guess cause we didn’t look alike who knows but this goes to show you it still in 2022 it still there
Wanted to try something new and I enjoy what I had here. Nice place for a sub and kind staff:
They must’ve turned the phone off in the Forest Dr location. I’ve called 26 times over the last hour and it’s busy every time. The app also said it would be 1hr 10 min wait for an STP a Brown Moose. The food is good but service is terrible. I would give negative stars if it let me
