The restaurant drew us in with it's beautiful location and great looking menu, but the whole experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We walked in (around 4pm) and no host or wait staff to be found, we wandered around not knowing whether to seat ourselves or not. After finding a waitress, Ivy, she said someone should have greeted us. We sat down outside, and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come and find us. Food portions were small for the price, and not very tasty among the four meals we had. Would not go there again except perhaps for happy hour drinks on the deck.
Went to lunch here just 3 days after hurricane Ian, I thought it was ironic that my friend picked this place just after the hurricane. Service is great food is good if you sit out in the back deck it's great place to hang out spend time they don't rush you for your meal be sure to get the hush puppies. They have a very good selection of beer also.
We went to Hurricane Juel's after Hurricane Ian. Our power went out and we heard that they had power and were open. They had sent people home because it wasn't busy before Hurricane Ian came thru. When word spread that they were open they got very busy and the staff that was there worked their butts off.
