We really enjoyed this neat little restaurant! Delicious food friendly staff.

My husband and I cannot say enough about our many experiences at Nicks German Kitchen. The Food is authentic and delicious — and that comes from my German husband and this southern girl! We love the atmosphere and always see friends there … Nick, his wife and staff are all top notch — the portions are generous so many times we get to relive the deliciousness the next day — we ALWAYS get the Soufflee … and an espresso to finish off a perfect culinary evening … oh — and a MUST is the Schweinsha … – show

I was taught never to say never, but I will never go back to this restaurant. It is super over priced for the quality of the food. Our table of 5 got 5 different dishes and we tried a bite of each. Not one of us could eat this particular $38 dish special because it was so flavorless, the beef was to extremely dry, and sauce was just awful. My $36 special was not special at all. It was mediocre. The worst meal I have had in months. The beef was dry to the point of deteriorating on the plate and had absolutely no flavor. When brought to the staffs attention, they did not offer to compensate except to bring a new plate when everyone else in our party was already finished and we were trying to leave. The entire menu is extremely over priced for what it is, mediocre food. Excellent food! Loved the salmon and it was cooked perfectly to order!
