Adding to my husband's post regarding our experience yesterday. The host/hostess acted like they didn't know where to seat up when we arrived. Whe the host/hostess returned to seat someone else next to us, I asked who our waitress was supposed to be, to which they responded they didn't know. When a waitress took the drink order from the table beside us, we asked if she was our waitress. Her response was that she would find someone. She didn't and neither did the host/hostess. We left. Want to leave a zero stars. Used to come here all the time. This time my wife and I sat there for 20 minutes. Asked two different servers who our server was. Both said they would find out and never heard another word. Last time I go there

Redbone has always been a really great restaurant. The food size has decreased and the flavor is not a good. Could've been an off day but will definitely try again.

I grew up in Florence and this was by far my favorite place to eat. I saw they had all my favorites on the menu still. It’s a really cool setting and the portions are generous and the food is very tasty. I can’t wait to visit home just to eat there again. So glad it’s still around!
