I understand being short staffed and am willing to wait for good food, but man..... Half the order wasn't in the bags, and I wasn't told this until I checked the bags in the car when leaving. I went back in and was told they were out of the things we were missing. I then substituted some items and had them fix them. When we got home the steak was over cooked, the past … – show
The chicken was burnt and over cooked, the fries were cold. They told us that it would be a 10 minute wait and we ended up waiting for over an hour and a half and they weren’t even busy. This is so far the most disappointing and dissatisfying experience I’ve ever had.
Enjoyed having lunch with the family. Our server Sara was great. Efficient and friendly. Thanks for a great job, Sara!
This place needs to be CLEAN inside looks horrible.The conditions of how this place look inside. I was afraid to eat my food. My food wasn't good at all and my daughter's food was over cooked. The chicken fingers were a dark brown. The grease needs to be changed. The waitress was very nice but I won't be returning anytime soon I just wasted my money.
It was ok. There was no bartender couldn't sit at the bar. Waitress was not friendly maybe she had alot going on food was ahhh. I used to love Ruby Tuesday's its gone downhill over the years I guess like everything else.
