Seewee - Clarendon County

We found this place on the internet while on vacation and didn't find a menu. But it was highly recommended, so we took the plunge. It reminded us of a seafood themed Cracker Barrel. Very family friendly atmosphere, kind staff, EXCELLENT food, and reasonable prices. 5/5 stars.

Recommended by a local, so you know it's got to be good! The hush puppy “starter” took the edge off of my hunger while I decided what to order. I chose blackened shrimp, collards, and fried green tomatoes (a favorite of mine). Will definitely seek any opportunity to dine at Seewee Restaurant again!

9-23-22. We have eaten here several times over the years and and four of us returned today for an early lunch. This is a rustic setting in an old store where everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. The she crab soup is always a good choice as a starter!

I'm not from the area but EVERYTIME I visit I HAVE to have the scallops!

Love this place. Kind of a “locals” hole in the wall kind of place. Delightfully different from EVERYTHING in Mt. Pleasant.
