Spacious with plenty of seating inside as well as outside. Baristas are friendly and welcoming. Only wish Sbx would cone up with a better selection of foods for the dietetic besides the overpriced prepacked items they are currently serving. Sbx offered much better food and pastries in the 80's and 90's. I like Sbx, but lately when it comes to food and breakfast Au bon Pain is my go-to (love the fresh fruit, prepared on site, hot oatmeal and other freshly prepared items they offer). Waited about 15 minutes for my order. I love Starbucks I'll let you guys slide this time.

Bathroom was not clean. Had long waiting time for my coffee. By the time I got it my Danish was cold by the time I got my coffee I had to leave.

The staff was so fun and light-hearted. It really put me in a good mood. Also my macchiato came out great, no errors with my order.
