Our dinner here was awesome our server was very friendly and fun. We shared some civil war history with her and she let me sample grits (which I never had before not an enquiring taste for me but she was cool about it) since it was our 1st time there she gave suggestions on what we should try and what was worth the price. We really enjoyed this experience and are definitely going to stop by again next time we are out this way.

We ate so quickly that we didn't take pictures. The food is outstanding, the quality and plating were excellent. We had the deviled eggs for an appetizer and the pulled pork and brisket plate. The sides were great on their own. Our waitress as so attentive and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere, amazing food — put this place on your list of must visits.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times over the past year because I wanted to give a local bbq spot a fair shot. I will say the positives first — The wait staff are very kind, courteous, and hard workers. The sides were good, the fries were crisp and hot, and the green beans were good BBQ style beans. The negatives are the meat and the owners signs showing they aren’t willing to pay a living wage to keep workers. If you run a BBQ restaurant you really don’t want to have your sides completely … – show

The staff (may have been the owner) were super friendly and the food was absolutely amazing! My husband had the burger which was juciy and perfectly cooked. I had the best brisket I've ever eaten. It was perfectly juicy,tender,flavorful and they even sliced it more lean which is the way I prefer. The regular bbq sauce was good but the hot bbq sauce was recommended and didn't let me down. 10/10 will be returning.
