Contribuisci feedbackVery unprofessional. i walked in the only person in there with people sitting. lady sat on her phone for 15 minutes, ask what can she do for me has the phone in my face the whole time.
The food and service was good as usual. However, a little more deep cleaning might need to be in the future.
Ordered 2 Steak and Eggs, almost $40 for both meals. Waitress only put 1 steak in bag with all of the sides. (Sun 11:39 pm . Called store number to report it, number specifically says that they do not accept customer calls (Mon 12:45 am . Food was just ok today for this time and location. Coffee mug wasn't that clean, place was not as clean as other locations… Waffles had burnt edges… Scrambled eggs were barely scrambled....
Going to Waffle House in a hurricane is a must do. Just be sure to be safe and be kind to the staff (and tip nicely too). While the wait was a bit long, Hurricane Ian was just hitting the area when we went in. Despite this, once seated the service was great, the food was ready quickly and tasted great. Sure it's not the best waffle in the world but it's far from the worst.
