Grounded - Clarion

Grounded is a must-see restaurant when you find yourself in Clarion Iowa. Great coffee, excellent pastries, good food. The staff is friendly and helpful. Do not leave Clarion without visiting Grounded.

Sorely disappointed. I ordered a chef salad and onion rings for carryout. The onion rings could've been warmer but they were probably cool because they came from the freezer....whatever. The salad is where the REAL disappointment comes from. It was an average serving of lettuce, no complaints there, but the absence of egg, cheese, and bacon is too much to ignore. Did i mention the soggy cucumbers? They should've never been served. I wish I could post the pics I have. Anyways, the only reason I gave two stars is for the decor. Thats 1 for the food, 1 for the atmosphere. I hope this review serves as motivation to step up your attention to the details of the order.....PLEASE don't let Subway take your business away from you.
