You have my order wrong 4 times the chicken is about half the time too hard and then a few times the food was cold

This is the only DQ where I do not find worthless vanilla soft serve on the bottom of my chocolate extreme blizzard. Great.

I went yesterday and it was the worst service ever! The lady on the ride thru with red hair and manager was rude! I'm not going so much to DQ, but now I can't even go to this, although it's closet to my house. I ordered onion rings with my meal, but was calculated for frits, although the checkout repeated what I said. Before I left, I tried to fix it, but the lady with red hair was rude and said it was an upgrade charge for the onion rings, but I did not order any pommes. I said I understood, but I didn't order Pommes, even though I was charged for Pommes. She didn't want to fix it and close the window. So I called to talk to the manager (which was questionable), because nobody could give me the name. So, this lady (which I think was the same from the drive thru) said she was the manager was rude. I told her what happened and when I asked about the lids for the Blizzards. She told me that it is not in her policy to put lids on her blizzards that we need to ask the customers for lids....what I did around this. But I told her what happened to my order and she wanted to fix it to which I was suspended.

Oh my goodness!!! We got my husband a birthday cake and let me just say that Reyna Garrett is the best cake maker it?s perfect and delicious!! Also we won?t go to anyone else for cakes !!!! Thank you!!!!

Always love it here everybody is so nice!! Also I was in the store when the person was mad about cheese sauce, the guy was mad because she told him he had to pay for it because he asked for bbq in which was given, so as a witness to the situation he was rude and disrespectful and if I were them I?d have refused service altogether! But they are better than that and tried to help!! People don?t tell the whole truth in these reviews especially if they are the ones who are wrong!!!!
