Mcdonald's - Clarkesville

This mcdonald must be one of the cleanest in which I have ever been. the interior design is fantastic yet amazing, and eating is freshly cooked. they won us.

That was probably the best mcdonald’s I ever was. the staff were all very friendly service was fast. the entire restaurant was very clean, you can say that much proud is taken by management staff and they really work together as a team.

I received undercooked French fries that were only half full, and my sandwiches were messy despite being neatly ordered. I had to wait a long time in the drive-thru, only to wait even longer for them to correct my order—twice. Normally, the service here is much better, but it seems like today was an off day. The girl who brought my order to the car was very polite and apologized for the mix-up, but in the end, it felt like just another typical McDonald's experience. You can always expect that.

Why would anyone need to ask for pancakes as part of the big breakfast meal? If it’s just a biscuit with hash browns, eggs, and sausage, then it’s really just a sausage and egg biscuit meal! It’s called a “big” breakfast because it’s supposed to include pancakes. Don’t display pictures of pancakes if they don’t come with the meal unless you specifically request them!

The drive-thru was disappointing... VERY long wait, had to repeat the order three times, and the wife clearly asked for honey for her biscuit. No honey and one straw for two drinks. Food was as expected
