Manow Thai - Clarksville

I recently had dinner at Manow and the food was fantastic! It was packed with flavor and the service was top-notch. I especially loved the drunken noodles and tom kah soup on this cold day. While it is a fast casual spot, it is great for gathering with friends. I will definitely be returning! Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner

Manow Thai serves terrible food. My spouse wrote a review last night, and it has now been pushed to the bottom of the Google reviews list. I personally prefer to see the most recent reviews first. If you are reading reviews, I recommend sorting them by lowest rating. Many of the reviews are from the past year. Our dishes, yellow curry, and vegetable stir-fry were completely inedible. Despite selecting medium spice, it was too hot to eat more than one bite. When we called Manow Thai to inquire about the mistake and offer to return the food for correction, we were hung up on by the woman who answered the phone. She gave an implausible explanation about the varying spice levels due to different chilies used. This raised the question of why they offer spice level options to customers. The pattern of poor customer service and making customers feel unwelcome is evident in other low-rated reviews as well. Although Uber initially denied our refund request, we persisted and eventually received a full refund after explaining the situation with photos of the uneaten food. We will use the credit at a different restaurant and will not be returning to Manow Thai. Mistakes can happen, but it's how a business handles them that matters. Hanging up on a customer who is politely seeking a resolution shows a lack of respect for customers.

I had a great lunch experience at Bangkok Noodles. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was also fantastic, scoring a solid 5 out of 5. The price per person was reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. I highly recommend trying the Bangkok Noodles dish, as it was delicious. Overall, I give this restaurant a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

Some of the best Thai food I’ve found in the area. Very tasty, good portion sizes and affordable. I recommend the green curry, drunken noodles and the dumplings. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
