White front girl rude for no reason get a different

I have been to this KFC about five times in my 4 years of living in the area.I have never once actually eaten the food from here though. Why you may ask?Because the service is that awful.No one is trained properly, has any idea what they're talking about, or knows anything about customer service.None of them have any clue what's on their menu, if they even answer the speaker through the drive-thru, and when you do talk to someone, they're short and rude and unprofessional.I need to just stop trying all together because every few months I've decided to give it another shot, and it never disappoints to disappoint.To the owners/upper management, if you read this, please know that your staff is so ridiculously disrespectful to customers.The store manager is the same way. She will lie and give people an incorrect store number and tell them to call corporate if they complain about anything.Please get it together.

This place is ridiculous. Customer service I received today was awful, and my food was even worse.

The drive thru worker was very rude and missed parts of my order. The portions on my meal didn’t seem accurate either. Terrible customer service not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend.

This trip to KFC was great. I ordered ahead, drove 3 miles and the food was ready for me. The drive thru and the lobby were both open.Parking: There are plenty of parking spots just outside the doors.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot has several handicapped parking spots.
