Contribuisci feedbackA manager told me that my sandwich when I asked for a hamburger build on a double stack was incorrect. This is absolutely a lie I worked at Wendy's I should be able to get lettuce tomatoes everything that is on the single as a hamburger but the bigger patties and bun I just wanted my vegetables and the sauce what the hamburger build is every other location except for this one put on to a double stack sandwich. Maybe you should appease the customer instead of just saying I was wrong cuz they wouldn't have cost you anything but now it cost you a good review. It was a $5 order I didn't ask for their first born I just wanted the sandwiches made like I've always liked them that is a hamburger build.
I love Wendy's always but the on main street in Clearfield is used for it's convenience. The only complaint I have is that they want to be getting people through the drive thru so quick that I end up at home with missing items or items not even ordered. The location on Hwy 193 in Layton always rocks and nothing is ever wrong I my orders there and they are so much friendlier than there! Thanks guys!
Lower rating from before. Everytime I come to THIS Wendys they forget something. Sometimes it's a fry or a drink or even a frosty, this to happening everytime is ridiculous. Check your bags carefully and take your time looking at your whole order.
It was 2350, 10 minutes to close. Drive thru workers told me to use mobile ordering, so I did, and once I returned to drive thru to get order, the worker says, We 're closed and we don 't deal with the app. Poor service, and they still owe me a large fry and large frosty. The employee should never have allowed me to order if they knew I wouldn 't get anything from that particular restaurant.
Worst Wendy's ever! They gave me Fries that were cold that you could tell had been sitting out to long. The chicken sandwich was burnt. Do they even have to cook the chicken enough to burn it.
