La Fiesta Mexican Food - Cleburne

First of all, you have to get the buffet for it to be worth it. Think of it like Panchos of 30+ years ago(not the Panchos the last few years when the cut corners with fake ingredients) when it was still good for the money. I wish they could get the recipe for the chile rillenos from panchos(again from 30+ plus years ago which will be my favorite no matter the restaurant) and the flautas, then they'd be complete in my book. This will now be a staple for the variety though I can no longer pack it down like I could when I was younger.

After the owners took over, this place was not that good. So, we waited a few months to go back. They are back in full swing! Great food and service, like nothing changed at all!

I absolutely love the atmosphere here!! They have a beautiful view of a fountain and little garden. Our waitress was excellent. We had enchiladas. They were so good. My husband thought they were a little blend, but I loved them! I recommend this restaurant!!!! ?
