I've had their turkey melt that uses a soft with a little crunch baguette, smoked turkey that's piled high with some melted pepper jack cheese, some avocado, greens, and chipotle ranch. Mmmm, mmmm, good. I've also had their steak and roasted pepper sandwich that didn't disappoint. Get some chips on the side and a little dessert and you've got yourself a meal. The lunch hour window young lady has the bomb customer service skills. I wish I knew her name so I could recognize her properly.
Ok well the Reubin does not travel well. Unless you like soggy bread. The taste an amount of meat is generous. However you hardly get any sourcrout(spelling might be off). Yet this is a good sandwich. The service was good, but hearing each other was difficult. Because of the noise inside something needs to be done. The last thing is the menu is damn near impossible to read wearing glasses. A well placed tv can give a slow menu view. Which would let me see more comfortably. Anyway go try them out.
Ordered veggie sandwiches since we were vegetarian, and usually at other locations they are very well made. When we got our sandwiches, they had a few pieces of spinach and tomato not all the ingredients listed. We asked the girl to just put the rest of the ingredients on, especially because there were super dry. When our food came back again, the manager came on and told us that ?for next time, just ask us to add those ingredients instead of making us make the whole thing? with a really bad attitude we didn?t even talk to her in the first place. She didn?t even wait for us to say anything and she just rolled her eyes and left.
When I received the salads, they were basically just lettuce and shredded cheese, missing all of the other ingredients that were supposed to be there. The wrap was mostly just tortilla, and for some reason, it contained actual croutons, as if they had just taken a prepared Caesar salad and wrapped it up. To top it off, they forgot the fruit cup, which I paid extra for. I can't justify spending this much on food that's missing half or more of what's supposed to come with it. Unfortunately, until they can improve staff training and ensure better quality, I would advise steering clear of the McAlister's in Cleburne.
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. We waited 45 minutes for our food during our dine-in visit. When our food finally arrived, the sandwich was cold instead of hot as it should have been. Additionally, the sandwich was quite small for the price we paid. The photo shows what I received for $15, and it simply wasn't worth it. We won't be returning. I really wish Cleburne had a Jason's Deli instead.
