Picked up lunch for my dad it was a healthy salad and he enjoyed it they have great food at Wendy'

Very rude staff when I asked what time the lobby would open on New Year's Day. I was told when employees would come to work she would open the lobby. Completely uncalled for response, are these people even being trained? Work ethics, morals, or politeness I'm noticing is becoming non-existent in jobs dealing with the public.

I ordered on the mobile app and couldn't get my frosty key tag thing to work so the employee said it was all cool and gave me the frosty without purchase! Good food

I ordered bacon on My Fry's and didn't receive it. At prices today that's awful. And no one would answer the phone for me to inquire about
