They took a sip of the shakes again and said they didn't taste right, so they asked if they could exchange them for cookies or fries instead. When I arrived at the counter, my children were visibly upset because they were told they couldn't exchange the shakes. I stepped up to the counter to inquire about the situation, and the employee said she needed to get her manager. When the manager arrived, she avoided speaking with me directly. I explained the issue, but she responded that they couldn't take the shakes back due to Covid-19 protocols. I insisted they didn’t taste right and suggested throwing them away, but she dismissed my concerns, claiming my kids just didn’t like them and that they were mocha-flavored, which they don’t like, despite my clarification that I had ordered chocolate. The manager maintained a rude attitude and insisted there was nothing she could do. I expressed my frustration and said I would file a complaint, but she seemed indifferent. My children were upset, and I felt the same way. I frequently visit McDonald's and Burger King, and whenever there's an issue, they apologize and offer a refund or exchange. This employee's lack of professionalism and customer service skills was disappointing.
This Arby's seems newer than many others, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The roast beef is just as you would expect, but if you explore a bit, you'll discover some delightful surprises on the menu. I also really enjoy their milkshakes and the holy pommes!
I have high hopes for this restaurant. Arby's food is now fresh and fantastic, offering a great variety of options. Their Curly Fries are unmatched! However, I found them quite stingy with the key ingredients in the prime beef sandwich, especially considering the price, though it was still incredibly delicious. I used to have different thoughts... I'm not sure why I was prompted to review again, but I would definitely come back. I’d just want to discuss the portion sizes with the managers, especially regarding the wonderful sub rolls. By the way, my sister loved the gyros—she had never tried them before!
Very nice clean place..very good food... but it was very limited amount of product on a large sandwich the Prime Rib Sandwich...we ordered two and the Gyro Special...big prime. Medium Prime and medium Gyro ..all was very delicious and freshly prepared.. Customer service was not very attentive to the 4 employees... but was respectful.
I was not happy with the food quality today. My husband and I went through the drive thru to our our food. As I went to hand my husband one of the sliders he ordered I noticed a hair on the slider. Since we had already left I tried calling, 6 different times, to resolve this issue with no response to the phone calls. I feel I have no choice but to address my issue here. Unfortunately it was wasted time and money stopping there today because we are unable to eat the food we ordered.
