Got the ghost pepper whopper for my son to try. Very expensive. The orange bun and seeds did not do the sandwich a favor. There seemed to be a lack of lettuce or other items that made our last whopper order awesome. It was flat and really disappointed my son. I will say I took a bite and really was impressed with the heat bite it had. The chicken fries my son tolerated but he got jipped on all the taxes, tips and fees. Want to try? Don't dash and be prepared for disappointment.
They are so understaffed at this Burger King. They do do try to fill orders. But always a 15-20 minute wait. Alot of times lobby is closed early because no help. Then you go through drive thru and wait 30 minutes. Corporate should be ashamed not to bring in more employees. I just drive 3 miles down the road to Groveland. They are more staffed and organized there.
Severely understaffed and apparently the manager keeps slipping and not ordering certain things so they had practically nothing to drink and no ice. No AC at all. Some of their food items was running out and when we did get our burgers they were extremely dry. I'm not upset at the workers or anything because they were doing the best they could and being very very sweet and pleasant towards all the customers. Ban together and complain to corporate. Y'all deserve better.
If I could give a lower rating I would. Ordered through the app and still waited over 20 minutes in line AND they didn’t give our other burger. Drive the extra 5 minutes into Groveland. No wonder this place was closed for months. Absolutely AWFUL. OH, I forgot to add, their phone number is also disconnected and just beeps.
