Poivre Rouge - Clermont-Ferrand

We wanted to spend a good time in a restaurant without chichi and with children. We were warmly welcomed. The menu is varied, we chose cheese fondues (a camembert and a reblochon) The dishes are presented and the quality of the products has not been criticised. I enjoyed the kindness of the waitress and waitresses, in small care. For dessert, the little chocolate melts to finish the meal well. Our little manager enjoyed the games room. The person in charge, Karen, took us with a smile and we could even cut the bathtub a little while with servers (ses). Thank you for this good time in peace.

Disappointed. We were advised to go there and at the end it is low-quality chain cuisine, a young waitress not friendly and not loquace, we have to ask him to quote us the dish of the day, the sauces, visibly we have to guess even... no explanation on the principle of the buffet or any other entrance of the card, as a bonus, the shrimps of the buffet were not fresh at all with a taste It's okay, there's a lot better elsewhere.

Very disappointed. Pressed servers, nothing special in the plate. Very bof!!!

Received and competent staff. Very good food.

The restoration was better before Covid....servers and servers without mask and the clientele to move must put the mask back....
