Backdraft - Cleveland

Eating was amazing. the waiting staff is just enchanting. charming smile and southern accents and great service. we were able to reserve a table before 6:00 in the last minute on a busy Friday. I had the wels vieux carre, decorated with garnel and a creamy cajun sauce. the fish was moist and flocky and perfect!

We visited last week and the restaurant was fully booked. We had a large table for 10 people, and everything was perfect! I ordered the filet with crab sauce, and it was phenomenal! I'm usually very picky about my steak, but it was cooked to perfection. The drinks were great, and the indoor temperature was just right. I can't stand sweating in the Delta heat, so it was really comfortable. Our waitress was excellent, and as someone who has worked in service before, I truly appreciate a great server! We will definitely be returning! It was a bit pricey, but worth every penny!

A great spot for the whole family! The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the staff is friendly. There’s a delicious variety of dishes to please everyone. The ahi tuna is especially tasty. You won't be disappointed—definitely worth a visit!

What a fantastic concept! This restaurant pays tribute to firefighters in a wonderful way. I thoroughly enjoyed a perfectly cooked ribeye steak, prepared exactly as I requested. The drinks were excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely return to dine here again!
