The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, thanks to the gentleman and the ladies who work there. It's a great place to purchase your law enforcement supplies.

This place is a recurring disappointment. I would rather drive ten minutes past this Dunkin' than come here. Time and again, I've felt treated like a bother. There have been numerous microaggressions and instances where I've felt like an inconvenience, like being skipped in line or having to apologize to the customers behind me because my order is still being processed. It's frustrating. They need better training or to hire better staff. The UPS store manages to provide reliable service—no gimmicks or negative vibes, just what we expect. All we want is decent service. Please improve. On the other hand, Rite Aid has consistently friendly staff. For my fellow people of color, I advise you to protect your energy and avoid this place. It can easily ruin your day or mood. Spend your money elsewhere. I now purposely drive past this Dunkin'; it's unfortunate that it's only a couple of minutes away, but the hassle just isn't worth it.

The service is slow, and the prices are too high for the quality of food offered. Half the time, there are people sitting outside with their dogs. Additionally, the coffee is often burnt, and they frequently run out of two of their coffee options.
