I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After waiting nearly 40 minutes for our online order of just two meals, we were served raw and undercooked chicken. To make matters worse, my drink was incorrect. Despite the long wait and the mix-up with our drinks, my group remained understanding and polite to the staff. However, when we finally got home, we discovered that not only were our fries cold, but my chicken was also severely undercooked. As a 30-week pregnant woman, being served raw chicken is particularly concerning. I was so upset that I started crying after realizing what I had eaten. When my mom contacted the restaurant about this issue, they refused to issue a refund or replace the meal. I cannot express how upset I am; I feel physically ill and incredibly angry. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a negative review or call a restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, but this situation is unacceptable.

Terrible service, the food was cold and appeared to have been sitting out for a while. They were also out of most of the side dishes we requested. I ended up getting my money back and have decided not to return. Rating: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
