Vitales - Clinton

Now this place based on other recommendations and was not very impressed. it arrived in a decent time. but I ordered large thin krest pizza with pfefferoni, sausage (which tasted like only hamburger meat, means zero spice) and mushrooms with extra cheese and a side of kirsch garlauchbrot. the pizza looks like an additional cheese? Why did I pay extra for extra cheese if it doesn't look like extra cheese. also it looks like it's been a 5 year old. very sloppy. it was only good that the sauce and the crust tasted like carton. the chessebrot looks more like cheese chest. that must be the flattering broth I've ever seen. Maybe her pizza is better to eat, but that was not good. disappointed

Vitale’s is one of the highlights of Clinton, IA. Whether it’s thin crust or stuffed pizza, it is delicious. They do close earlier than advertised periodically, so don’t plan to order takeout at 9:30pm because they might tell you they’re closed.

Very good food. Service was excellent. My only complaint was that it is a very loud place to eat. Price was average for the kind of food they offer.

You need to experience for your self? If your mouth could have an orgasm it would have multiple when dining in.

Large pizza and even better service! in the city back to minnesota. I wanted a meal for the family and that was just the ticket. ordered a medium pfefferoni filled pizza (Chicago style deep-dish) and three doses of soda to go. only under $24 all said and did. the pizza was excellent, but the service was absolutely pointed. super friendly staff that really likes. I propose to get a toothpick from the small toothpick box. stupidity.
