Old Schools Bar & Grill - Clinton

I would have to admit I was sceptical at first as to where this place would go after a few bad meals when they opened. so I waited a few months and decided to give this place another try hoping that what seemed like a decent bunch of people would make a good go of a small town that might be hard to turn a profit in .I have to say they have done an acceptional job with the food since then . I have had many perfect meals that I sometimes wish I had two servings of and a good atmosphere with friendly conversations and staff. A big plus is the steak I recently tried if you get a chance to stop in for steak you won't be disappointed . This place has deffinatley earned its 5 stars from me .

Awesome food and service. If you're ever in Clinton, BC, this is a MUST stop. I tried the food at all other restaurants in town and this was by far the best. Rick is an interesting and adventurous guy and he's preparing to open a bar & grill in Mexico. I guess we know we're we're going next!

On Wednesday, I was craving wings and decided to try the ones at Falkland Pub. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the small size of the wings. My husband, on the other hand, enjoyed his all day breakfast. The restaurant is under new ownership, so hopefully improvements will be made in the future. Overall, the place could use more atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Gon So Fast was an amazing host. This restaurant is a must-visit if you're in town.

We really enjoyed chatting with the staff, having a few beers. Dinner was so good we came back the next morning for breakfast . Excellent home cooked goodness.
